Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Mentia and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open Mentia, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, including study materials, generated content, and progress.
I'm having trouble with a feature
Make sure you have the latest version of Mentia from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with a description of the problem and we'll help you resolve it.
Can I restore my purchases?
Yes. Open Mentia and go to Settings > Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with the App Store.
